Campaign Brief

The objective of the Mah Sing campaign was to create public awareness on Mah Sing's Southville City Township, highlighting the facilities and specialties offered within the premises. The target audience included those who were in their thirties and were looking to start a family. It was important to highlight that Southville City Township offered many facilities such as grocery stores, clinics, schools and also a recreational park.

Strategy

The creative approach used for this campaign was to get the KOLs involved to do a walk-through tour of Southville City Township and to visually showcase the various facilities offered there. The KOLs were required to provide their personal recommendation and feedback as to why they felt it was suitable for those who were starting a family. There was also a discount incentive given to their followers if they were to do a booking for the property within a certain time-frame.
